We use a team of plumbers, electricians, decorators and other contractors that we have done for years so trust them to carry out excellent quality work at prices that are very competitive. Due to the amount of work we give them we have negotiated competitive rates, which we pass onto you, without call out charges.
We constantly monitor the market and advise you if we believe the rent should be increased – Landlords with long term tenants often forget that. Sometimes a coat of paint or a new kitchen or bathroom can make the difference between a property being empty be or it being occupied the day after the tenants move out.
